Down a private country road, behind the small hand painted sign, lies a field of rhubarb carefully tended by the same farmer for over 30 years. We took 300 lbs. of what The Bisset's described as "the finest looking crop in years" and added them to our Pinot Grigio barrel aged mixed fermentation saisonalongside wild elderflower and rose petals foraged by East Coast Wild Food.
